The conversation is only the beginning

From “we should”
to “it’s done.”

Prepare for the meeting. Capture what matters. Review suggested actions, choose an owner, and keep the next step in view. One connected workflow for the work after the conversation.

01.

Capture the useful part.

Record a meeting or speak a task. Turn the conversation into a transcript and a summary you can actually work with.

02.

Make the next step clear.

Review suggested tasks, names and dates before saving. Bring related work together with projects and categories.

03.

Follow through, together.

Shared tasks with a clear owner, due date and status are part of the new release we’re building. Your personal work keeps its own space.

A little room to think

Your day has an
inside story, too.

A private journal is coming to Day ’N Deed. Write a few lines or talk it through, find your entries by day, and return to the thoughts that deserve another look.

Your space.

The journal is being built for the member alone. It will not be shared with task collaborators.

Your pace.

Voice or text. Once a week or twice a day. A dedicated dashboard, calendar and prompts to help you return.

Your decision.

Optional reflections and task suggestions. You choose what to process and what becomes a task.

Room to start. Room to grow.

A plan for
your kind of day.

A few things worth knowing

Before your
first day.

Can I download it from the App Store yet?

Day ’N Deed is coming soon to iOS. Sovereign Isla is the earlier name of the app being tested through TestFlight. The screenshots here show our proposed new design, including features still in development. Email us about beta access; access is not automatic.

What makes it different from another meeting notepad?

The focus is what happens next: a meeting becomes reviewed actions, those actions become tasks, and tasks stay organized alongside the rest of your day. The new release adds collaboration and a separate space for personal reflection.

Does everything need AI?

No. Manual tasks and organization work without AI. Cloud transcription, summaries and suggestions require a connection, your consent and available allowance. Native voice recognition can run on supported Apple devices without a cloud transcription charge.

Will my journal be shared with people I work with?

No. The journal is being designed as a member-only area, separate from shared tasks. If you choose to create a task from an entry, you will review what is copied. The journal entry itself will not be shared with collaborators. Read our privacy policy for current processing practices and the status of upcoming features.

How do I get help, export data, or delete my account?
