App license

Day ’N Deed is operated by 1Fisher Group LLC and is the new name for Sovereign Isla. App Store distribution uses Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Release status

Public iOS and Android releases are being prepared. Website screenshots show actual app screens with demonstration data. Features described as planned or upcoming may not exist in the current beta. No subscription can be purchased on this website.

Optional subscriptions

The planned US prices are Lite at $9.99/month or $89.99/year, and Full at $19.99/month or $189.99/year. Annual subscriptions charge the full yearly price upfront and renew yearly; they provide the same monthly usage allowances as their corresponding monthly plan. Your app store will display the actual localized price and billing period before purchase. On the App Store, eligible new Full subscribers can receive a 7-day introductory free trial on monthly or annual billing, then pay the selected localized price unless canceled. Only one introductory offer is available per subscription group; switching billing periods does not provide another trial. Lite has no paid-product introductory trial. A trial, when offered, converts to a paid subscription unless canceled as described in Apple’s purchase sheet.

For App Store purchases, payments are charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Apple subscription settings. For Google Play purchases, payment is charged to your Google account. Google Play subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal; review the purchase screen for the billing date and any trial. Manage or cancel in Google Play subscription settings. Google Play offers may differ from App Store offers. Deleting the app or account does not cancel subscriptions.

Usage allowances

The release plan includes 5 cloud transcription hours and 100 AI requests for Lite, or 15 cloud hours and 300 AI requests for Full, per calendar month (UTC), regardless of monthly or annual billing. Allowances reset on the first of each UTC month without rollover; an annual payment does not make a year of processing available at once. Free includes a one-time introduction of 10 AI requests and 10 cloud minutes. Native transcription, system-voice playback and encrypted journal sync do not deduct these allowances. Failed processing requests restore the member’s allowance. Any eligible introductory subscription trial uses the selected plan’s normal limits. Your app store shows the final offer before purchase. There will be no automatic overage purchase. Current beta allowances may differ.

Internet access, device support, provider capacity and recording limits can affect availability. Manual productivity tools do not require AI. Review generated names, dates, summaries and task ownership; AI output can be inaccurate. Obtain permission to record conversations and process only content you have the right to use.

Community rules

Do not use shared tasks, lists or conversations for harassment, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, sexual content, scams, spam or unauthorized disclosure of personal information. Messages may be checked for harmful content before delivery. We may withhold or remove shared content and suspend sharing access when needed to enforce these rules. You can report concerns, block people or appeal a decision through Safety & support.
