Delete in the app

1. Sign into the Day ’N Deed or Sovereign Isla account you want removed.
2. Open Settings and choose Delete account.
3. Read the confirmation and complete the request.

Export any records you want to keep before deleting. Account deletion requests removal of the sign-in account and associated app cloud records. The app also requests cleanup of local recording drafts.

If you cannot sign in

Email info@1fishergroup.com with the subject “Day N Deed account deletion” and your account email. Send from that email if possible. We may verify ownership before deleting records. Never send a password or verification code.

What happens to data

Account-associated tasks, meetings, projects, goals and other app cloud records are included in the deletion request. Provider security logs, legal retention requirements and backups may follow separate schedules. Files you already exported and copies you sent elsewhere are not removed by account deletion. Cancel billing separately

Deleting an account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Visit Apple subscription settings to manage or cancel it. Removing the app from the phone does not cancel it either.
